What Do You Value?
The children’s ministry at Woolsey Baptist Church exists to equip children and families to glorify God by knowing Christ and making Him known. We strive to make disciples by investing in parents and children alike so that
- Children become Christians
- Children are baptized
- Children grow as disciple-making, disciples of Jesus
The fundamental means of accomplishing this vision lies with the parents. Therefore, the children’s ministry at Woolsey prioritizes assisting parents to make disciples by leading children to follow Jesus.
Coming alongside our parents, the church strives to equip parents and train children.
With that said, we recognize that many reasons prevent or hinder gospel-training from occurring in the home. Some parents are new Christians; some are single parents; some have less than supportive spouses; and some don’t follow Jesus themselves but desire for their kids to learn about Him.
No matter what home life looks like for you, Woolsey Baptist Church aims to serve you and your children!
Safety and Security
It is the policy of Woolsey Baptist Church for two adults to always be present with children. Woolsey Baptist Church screens all volunteers through our Child Protection Policy and a criminal background check.
