Global Missions

Overview

Jesus’ command is so clear: “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation” (Mark 16:15). As we think about global missions at Woolsey, we focus on learning, praying, giving and going.

As a Southern Baptist Church, one way we prioritize missions is through giving to the Cooperative Program, which supports ministries worldwide. We also support over 5,000 missionaries scattered all over the world who serve with the International Mission Board and 5,000 additional missionaries in North America who serve with the North American Mission Board.

Partners

We specifically partner with four missionaries around the world who are taking the gospel to the ends of the earth.

The Jobert family is planting churches in Central America. Mike and Carolyn Enis oversee an orphanage in East Africa. Jon and Jennifer Adams disciple and train leaders in South America and the Riley family ministers among refugees in Atlanta, GA.
